About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hostess to join the F&B Department of a prestigious luxury golf resort in Qatar, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and world-class guest experiences. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage reservations and seating efficiently
- Provide accurate information about resort facilities and services
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Uphold the resort’s standards of luxury and hospitality
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary of QAR 3,145, including accommodation, transportation, meals, medical insurance, annual paid leave, visa, and flights.
