Attention all graduates! Are you ready to jumpstart your career in the recruitment industry? RecruitCo is excited to introduce our new learnership program, RecruitU!

RecruitU is a 3-month program designed to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a successful recruiter. You will gain workplace readiness through hands-on guidance and training, followed by assessments per module completed.

Throughout the program, you will have access to a range of learning opportunities, including mentorship and guidance from experienced recruiters. Our management team has a combined experience of over 60 years in the recruitment industry and will be there to guide you every step of the way. You will have the opportunity to shadow our dynamic recruiters, applying the knowledge and skills you have acquired through our program.

To be eligible for the program, you must be between the ages of 22 and 26 years old, have completed a Bachelor’s degree, be computer literate, have an excellent command of the English language, and preferably own your own transport. No previous working experience is required.

Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to join RecruitCo as a recruiter and become part of a recruitment brand offering various specialist solutions to our clients.
