Hotel Sales Manager | Bahrain | Luxury Hotel We are seeking an experienced HOTEL SALES MANAGER to join the team at a prestigious 5-star luxury boutique hotel in Manama. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a creative, guest-focused environment where you will play a key role in driving revenue and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge Requirements Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Bahrain market Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Arabic-speaking candidates are an advantage Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach Salary & Benefits: Basic salary: 1100 – 1230 BHD Service charge: ~50 BHD Yearly bonus: ~500 BHD Annual flight ticket Medical insurance 5-day work week (2 days off) To apply for Hotel Sales Manager | Bahrain | Luxury Hotel, please send your CV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
