About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) operations for large-scale projects in Dammam and Ras Tanura. If you have 10+ years of experience and Saudi Aramco approval, this is an excellent opportunity to ensure compliance with industry-leading safety standards.
As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies to create a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with Saudi Aramco regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and accident investigations.
• Lead HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor and audit worksites to ensure proper safety practices are followed.
• Implement emergency response and crisis management protocols.
• Oversee waste management, environmental protection, and sustainability programs.
• Report HSE performance and incidents to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management within construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
Saudi Aramco Approval is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco safety regulations, OSHA, and ISO standards.
Experience with HSE audits, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly preferred.
Experience working in Dammam / Ras Tanura is a plus.
