Job Summary

Your key job responsibilities as the Human Resources Manager in Tombeau Bay, Mauritius will include:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between management and employees to address concerns and drive engagement.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring top talent acquisition and retention.
- Foster a high-performance culture through talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Oversee HR policies, systems, and procedures to support a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations while driving HR best practices.
- Provide data-driven HR insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements for this Human Resources Manager job in Tombeau Bay, Mauritius:
- A seasoned HR professional with at least 5 years of HR management experience in the iGaming sector.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR strategy development.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, systems, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
