Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, including control panels, motors, and machinery. Diagnose and replace faulty electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. Oversee and manage the electrical teams daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices. Handle emergency call-outs and breakdowns, minimizing downtime. Travel occasionally to support customer needs and service requirements. Continue professional development in PLC programming, panel building, and refrigeration.

Requirements:

Relevant electrical qualification (Trade Tested, N5, N6). 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience. Proven leadership skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
