Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Oversee and test the installation and maintenance of security products. Provide remote troubleshooting assistance via phone, ensuring adherence to quality and technical standards. Configure, set up, and test all equipment on internal systems. Monitor and manage the ticketing system. Participate in a standby roster for after-hours and weekend support. Maintain up-to-date asset and technical information within internal systems. Ensure system and database integrity at all times.
Requirements:
? Matric Certificate (Grade 12) ? Customer service experience ? IT support experience ? Advantageous: Relevant qualification in IT or a related field ? Beneficial: Experience with security technology products
