About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in silicone, adhesives, and hardware products for Accpac (Sage 300). As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries, providing accurate product information, and building strong customer relationships. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for technical products, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries and provide accurate product information to customers
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on quotes, and process sales orders efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
  • Provide technical product support relating to chemicals, adhesives, and silicone products
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and order details on the internal CRM/ERP system
  • Assist the external sales team with administrative and sales-related tasks
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the product range
  • Monitor stock availability and follow up on backorders when required

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary & Benefits
