Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying, evaluating, and securing new franchise opportunities in various regions. Support the development and execution of strategic plans to grow the franchise network. Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with potential and existing franchise partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to assist in franchise expansion efforts. Help prepare and deliver franchise presentations, training materials, and support documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure franchise partners receive the necessary support and guidance. Track and report on franchise development progress, providing insights to the leadership team.
Requirements:
A strong passion for business development and franchise growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Previous experience in franchise development or business management is an advantage, but not essential.
