Role Overview
NxaTel is looking for a Junior Project Manager who will grow into a Product Manager role over time. This role is ideal for a structured, curious, and driven individual who enjoys coordinating work, solving problems, and turning ideas into execution.
In the early phase, the role is project- and execution-focused. Over time, as the individual gains deeper understanding of our products, customers, and operations, the role will evolve into owning and shaping products across the business.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and a clear growth path.
Key Responsibilities (Junior Project Manager Phase)
1. Project Coordination & Execution

Track internal projects, tasks, and timelines across teams (technical, support, vendors).

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Identify blockers early and escalate clearly.

Maintain project plans, task boards, and status updates.

Prepare weekly project status reports for management.
2. Requirements & Documentation

Work with internal teams to understand business and customer requirements.

Document requirements clearly and simply (what needs to be done and why).

Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.

Maintain basic documentation for projects and internal processes.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinate between support, technical teams, and management.

Ensure clear communication and handovers between teams.

Help translate technical information into business-friendly language.
4. Product & Customer Exposure

Assist in gathering customer feedback and recurring issues from support and operations.

Track common requests, complaints, and improvement opportunities.

Support internal teams with product-related information and updates.
Growth Path: Transition to Product Manager
Over 612 months, the role will gradually expand to include:

Owning specific products or product components end-to-end.

Helping define product improvements based on customer feedback and operational insights.

Supporting product roadmap planning and prioritisation.

Working closely with technical and support leadership to improve product quality and usability.

Monitoring basic product performance metrics and trends.
This growth is performance-based and depends on demonstrated ownership, initiative, and reliability.
Requirements
Qualifications & Profile
Required:

Diploma or degree (completed or in progress) in Business, IT, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Clear written and verbal communication.

Comfortable working with structure, checklists, and task tracking tools.

Willingness to learn and take ownership.
Nice to Have:

Exposure to project coordination, operations, or product-related work.

Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar.

Interest in technology, telecoms, or software products.
