About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Recruiter to join our remote team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent for our clients, building strong relationships with candidates, and driving successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen potential candidates for client openings
  • Build rapport with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidate suitability
  • Negotiate offers and finalize placements
  • Monitor and report on candidate pipelines and performance

Requirements

  • Previous client service experience is ideal, but not necessary
  • Great communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Commissions will be dependent on your motivation to meet sales targets

Salary & Benefits

Commissions will be paid based on individual performance, with a structure that rewards motivated recruiters.
