Job Summary
Location: Blackheath, Western Cape
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to maintain accurate records relating to clients, bookings, suppliers, and payments.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Personal Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work closely within a small team.
- An easy-going personality that fits into a relaxed company culture while maintaining high work standards.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the smooth operation of all assigned tour programs, including general administrative duties related to group operations.
- Make reservations for required services and maintain communication with agents and suppliers regarding reservation statuses, payment terms, and deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers, agents, and clients.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
