KAROO VILLAGE LOOKING FOR A SOUS CHEF About the Role As Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in our kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect both classic hotel dining and innovative cuisine. You will help manage daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to menu development.
