Job Summary
Our client in George has an exciting opportunity available for an Account Manager that has previous sales experience in service delivery!
Previous experience in a service delivery is not-negotiable!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Scheduling of business appointments with client base/book
- Achieve individual targets
- Maintain existing business
- Identify & grow client base and revenue through selling of additional supply chain products
- Establish customer needs, developing opportunities and grow customer base
- Update call and Sales Force reports
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Effectively and efficiently deal with client queries
- Identify and escalate possible threats to existing business
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Bachelors Degree or similar qualification (preferred)
- 3 year sales experience in service delivery (not negotiable)
- Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport
- 3 Year corporate experience in managing a portfolio of clients
- Need to have worked for reputable corporates
- Proven track record of having made target
- Industry experience advantageous Understanding of full supply chain (Freight, International & Warehousing products)
- Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
- Excellent communication skills
