Responsibilities:
Carry out land, topographical, and boundary surveys , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct area measurements, lease plans, and property assessments . Utilize 3D laser scanning, drone photogrammetry, and underground utilities mapping . Prepare and verify survey data, calculations, and documentation . Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and contractors . Interpret planning requirements and consult on project specifications . Ensure surveys adhere to industry standards and local regulations . Maintain detailed records, charts, and technical reports . What Were Looking For: A qualification in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field . Experience in topographical, boundary, and engineering surveys . Proficiency in surveying software (Autodesk, Pix4D, Agisoft, Leica, DJI, etc.). Strong skills in data collection, mapping, and report preparation . Knowledge of cultural heritage surveys is an advantage. A valid driving license is preferred. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
