Job Summary

Key requirement

  • Grade 12, post secondary education preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in  a lead administration or sales support role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS, particularly Excel and Outlook, experience with CRM software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Key responsibility

  • Lead management, manage and maintaim our lead database ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Lead distribution, distribute leads to sales team in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up, ensure timely follow up on sales leads including phone calls, emails and text messages
  • Data entry: accurately enter customer information, sales data and other relevant information into our database
  • Reporting, generate reports on lead activity, sales performance and other key metrics
  • Process improvement, continuously evaluate and improve our lead management processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
