Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Degree or diploma in Administration, Document Control, or related field.
- Proven experience in document control or project administration.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with document management software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring proper filing and organization.
- Implement document control systems and processes.
- Review and approve incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Ensure compliance with document management standards and regulations.
- Provide document control support to project teams and stakeholders.
