Job Summary

Salary:

Vacancy Type: Full-Time
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- LLB or equivalent law degree.
- Proven experience as a legal advisor or in-house counsel.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and business regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex legal issues.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to company management and staff.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks for the organization.
