Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and implement tailored marketing plans to meet company objectives. Lead and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) campaigns within approved budgets. Relationship Building: Serve as the primary contact for all LSM-related matters. Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, suppliers, and clients. Work closely with the Franchisor on marketing initiatives and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained. Opportunity Development: Identify new LSM opportunities and present innovative ideas to the Line Manager. Research and evaluate potential strategies to expand brand reach. Performance Monitoring: Document and analyze campaign outcomes, providing detailed feedback to management. Ensure alignment with the companys overall goals and vision. Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative environment with co-workers and stakeholders. Maintain professional relationships across all levels of interaction. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Marketing (Degree or Diploma is essential). Experience: Minimum of 2 years marketing experience, particularly in SME environments. At least 5 years experience in the retail or QSR industry is highly advantageous. Skills and Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills. Results-oriented and driven to meet goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach.
