About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Lodge Assistant to join our luxury private game reserve in Stormvlei, Western Cape. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and guest services, providing exceptional service to high-end guests during lodge bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lodge cleaning and general housekeeping duties
- Serve high-end guests during lodge bookings with confidence and professionalism
- Support food and beverage service, including knowledge of wine and mixology
- Perform both indoor and outdoor tasks as required
- Maintain lodge presentation and standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in the service industry preferred
- Knowledge of wine and/or mixology advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional; friendly, and guest-focused approach
- Flexible and willing to perform a variety of lodge duties

Salary & Benefits
R7,000 – R10,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience
