About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods in and out of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and offloading of delivery vehicles at the warehouse
- Assisting with offloading and loading at customers
- Maintaining trip sheets daily
- Ensuring that jobs are loaded by deadline
- Assisting with packing and unpacking when needed
- Conducting stock taking
- Maintaining housekeeping at all times
- Carrying out reasonable instructions given by the supervisor/manager
- Deliveries
Requirements
- Matric / grade 12
- Cautious and safety approach to loading and offloading
- Clean criminal record
- Good communications skills
- Reliable and good timekeeping
