Lodge & Housekeeping Manager Exclusive 5 Star Estate Lodge Paarl / Franschhoek Valley Live-in Role | R20,000 R30,000 per month (depending on experience) | Opening in 3 months to start ASAP Kendrick Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced and polished Lodge & Housekeeping Manager for a newly built 5 star luxury lodge situated in the prestigious Cape Winelands. This exclusive 5 bedroom property is designed for discerning leisure guests and intimate corporate retreats, and requires a professional capable of maintaining uncompromising service standards. This role would ideally suit a seasoned hospitality professional with strong operational discipline, refined guest service ability, and pride in elevating detail to perfection. Key Requirements Extensive experience in luxury hospitality or lodge management Proven ability to recruit, train, manage, and motivate housekeeping staff Strong understanding of 5 star service standards and the ability to create and implement SOPs Excellent organisational, communication, and guest-relations skills High levels of discretion, professionalism, and service ethic Ability to manage the lodge for both high-end leisure stays and small corporate events Hands-on mindset with strong mentoring ability Position Overview The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of lodge presentation, guest services, and operational preparation leading up to opening. This role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail who takes pride in delivering seamless hospitality, growing a capable team, and building a culture of excellence. Accommodation is provided on the estate as part of the package.
