Requirements: Previous lodge management, hospitality, guiding, or culinary experience essential (ALL rounder experience) Strong leadership and teamwork orientation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and lodge life Ability to work independently and take initiative Flexibility and willingness to assist across all lodge departments Trails qualification for guiding applicants (where applicable) Culinary training/experience for Chef applicants (where applicable) Package: Salary: Negotiable DOE ?
