Lodge Manager Luxury Safari Lodge | Sabi Sands Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional Lodge Manager for a luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sands. This live-in role offers the opportunity to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality in a remote bush environment. Requirements: Minimum of 35 years experience in a senior lodge management or guest services role within a 5-star safari or luxury hospitality environment Proven ability to deliver high levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail Professional, adaptable, and capable of working in a remote environment Valid drivers licence and own transport Proficient in MS Office and property management systems Key Responsibilities: Act as a visible and hands-on host, engaging with guests daily to ensure personalised and memorable experiences Maintain the highest standards of guest care and satisfaction, responding promptly to queries, complaints, and special requests Oversee coordination and communication between all lodge departments for seamless operations Lead, train, and motivate the lodge team to achieve excellence in performance and service delivery Conduct performance reviews and support staff professional growth Manage lodge budgets, stock control, and procurement processes, ensuring financial efficiency Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability initiatives Participate in management meetings and prepare accurate operational reports for senior management Package: Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience Live-in accommodation provided To apply for the Lodge Manager position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
