Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely and quality repairs. Oversee general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance projects. Conduct regular inspections of lodge facilities to ensure everything meets our 5-star standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment. Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to emergencies. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.
