? Maintenance Manager | Luxury Lodge | Greater Kruger ?? Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join a prestigious Luxury Lodge in the Greater Kruger. This live-in role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for maintaining high standards in a luxury safari environment. ? Key Responsibilities Oversee all lodge maintenance operations, ensuring facilities and equipment are kept to the highest standard ? Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems ? Maintain guest areas, staff accommodation, and back-of-house facilities ? Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and inventory of tools and spare parts ? Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring safety and compliance with lodge standards ? Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues to minimise disruption to guest experience ? Collaborate with lodge management to support operational efficiency and sustainability initiatives Requirements ? Proven experience in a maintenance management role, ideally within hospitality or luxury lodge environments ? Strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical) ? Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage maintenance schedules effectively ? Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach ? Commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality standards ? Willingness to live and work in a remote lodge environment ? Package Salary: R20,000 (Negotiable DOE) ? Live-in position ? Benefits: Medical Aid + Pension Fund ? About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our prestigious Luxury Lodge in the Greater Kruger. As a live-in role, we require a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for maintaining high standards in a luxury safari environment.
