About the Role

National Debt Connection is seeking a skilled and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in Hatfield, Pretoria. As a key member of our debt collection call center, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts by contacting debtors and making payment arrangements on outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to debtors to collect outstanding debts
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with debtors
  • Meet minimum daily and monthly targets
