 Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Education: Bachelor`s degree in Marine/Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 1-10 years in maritime or civil engineering projects.
• Language Skills:  Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
• Ideal age range for candidates: 23–32 years.

Beneficial requirements:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit), and knowledge of safety standards.

• Project Management Skills: Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the execution of maritime engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Design and Engineering: Contribute technical expertise in the design and development of maritime systems and structures.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to maritime safety standards and regulations throughout project phases.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact between internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
