Highly Desirable: Experience in African mining environments Background in copper mining operations Previous work with mining contractors or Business Partner models Certification in frontline leadership development programmes Experience with transformation approaches Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mining, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field Mine Supervisor certification or equivalent Safety coaching or leadership development certification CONTRACT & PACKAGE DETAILS Location : Zambia Project Duration: 6 Months (Jan – Jun 2026) Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off Remuneration: All project costs covered plus per diem.
