Candidate Requirements: Hospitality qualification or equivalent experience. 3-5 years in lodge or boutique hotel management, ideally in Big Five reserves. Strong F&B background, including menu planning and service standards. Proven leadership and team development skills. Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgets and reporting. Familiarity with reservation systems and lodge management software. Passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest engagement. Excellent communication skills, and strong computer literacy. This is a live-in position.
