About the Role
Kerry Kopp Consulting is seeking an experienced Parts & Service Manager to join our team in South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitable management and administration of our workshop and parts, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects: Profitable management and administration of the workshop and parts
Order spares and components needed for reparations and maintenance
Dealing with enquiries regarding products and prices
Schedule machinery and equipment maintenance
Management of staff and SHEQ practices - Lead meetings: None specified
Requirements
- National Diploma and/ or qualified Artisan
Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge POS and Retail Operating Systems
Extensive knowledge of inventory control
Qualifications
- National Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Agriculture, Engineering)
Certification as a Qualified Artisan
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position will be R [amount] per annum, paid monthly.
