Job Summary
Pretoria/Centurion – Gauteng
- Focus on solid relationships with key clients in the Pharma industry.
- Address and resolve key clients complaints.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the companys internal teams.
- Communicate and collaborate with the relevant departments of the company to ensure that key clients needs are met in a timely manner without compromises on quality.
- Analyse and discuss data and monthly reports with key clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage contract renewal processes with key clients.
- Engage in regular meetings with key clients to share insights and to identify new potential opportunities.
- Perform annual business reviews with key clients as strategic business partner.
- B.Sc. Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 Years work experience in Pharma industry.
- Key Account or Commercial Manager experience would be an advantage .
- Strong management and negotiation skills with propriety to own.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Own car and drivers license.
- Experience working with PowerBI preferred.
- Has the ability to conceptualise, focusing on the big picture before zooming in on the detail.
- Is a great communicator with the ability to effectively build rapport with others.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
- Has a knack for sales & data analytics.
- Has the ability to easily simplify information.
- Has the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Has strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Has exceptional customer service skills.
- Is proactive & trustworthy.
- Is decisive.
- Is an excellent problem solver.
- Works systematically and in an organised manner to achieve goals, milestones and tasks.
- Has great chemistry with others, including the team.
- Is a contributor, not a complainer.
- Is ambitious and naturally interested in data, people and business.
