PRE-APPROVAL LEAD COORDINATOR BELLVILLE MARKET RELATED SALARY Role Purpose: To assist clients in the process of owning their own home. Role Focus: Perform administrative tasks such as organizing documents according to the bank`s criteria and entering data. Responsibilities &

Duties:

Organize all necessary documentation. Review clients` credit reports. Follow up on any outstanding information or documents. Enter all relevant data accurately into the system and ensure its constant update. Ensure timely attention to all leads. Provide accurate information to Specialists/consultants or clients. Offer ongoing feedback to consultants regarding outstanding documents.

Requirements:

Completion of Matric (NQF 4). Proficiency in computer skills. Prior experience in a call center or client service role, with home loan experience being beneficial. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to maintain positive relationships with both internal and external clients.
