South Africa: Procurement Transformation Specialist

Job & Company Description: Seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist with strong technical expertise in Preferential Procurement (PP) , B-BBEE , Mining Charters , Supplier Development (SD) , and Community Engagement . The role ensures full regulatory compliance, supports transformation objectives, and strengthens relationships with key community stakeholders. Education: Degree or Diploma in Commercial/Business/Supply Chain/Procurement Management Certifications & Licenses: Professional procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CSCP ) are an advantage. Certifications in Preferential Procurement, DTI Codes, or transformation-related areas are advantageous. Job Experience & Skills Required: Experience in mining, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred. Proven work in preferential procurement, supplier development , and transformation reporting. Experience with community engagement and stakeholder forums. Strong knowledge of DTI scorecards , PP and ISB elements, and relevant compliance frameworks. Confident communicator and strong relationship builder. Motivated and independent Ability to produce reports, dashboards, and presentations. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
