Grade 12 Tertiary qualification preferred More than 3 years admin experience SAP experience Duties and

Responsibilities:

Issuing production orders and integrating them into the manufacturing plan. Distributing work orders and updating the production schedule. Generating and reviewing production order documents. Producing and verifying work order accuracy. Assembling the necessary paperwork for each production run prior to manufacturing. Preparing the production batch documentation file before the start of production. Monitoring production progress concerning the completion of required paperwork. Checking with production to ensure all necessary documents are finalized. Confirming that all required documents are complete and accurate. Validating the completeness of the production batch documentation. Entering production order information into the SAP system. Recording work order details within the SAP database Managing production orders requiring product relabeling. Processing work orders for products needing new labels Providing support during inventory counts.
