Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules for various phases of execution.
- Utilize Primavera P6 to create, update, and optimize project timelines.
- Identify critical paths, resource allocation, and schedule risks.
- Track project progress, ensuring alignment with established schedules.
- Conduct variance analysis, assess schedule impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
- Identify potential scheduling risks and propose contingency plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Provide regular reports and updates on project schedule performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive project management experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
