Overview:
Our client in the manufacturing and installation sector is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Dispatch Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and the skills to manage the logistics and dispatch of materials effectively, ensuring project timelines are met.

Key

• Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of materials to various project sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and oversee site schedules to optimize project time management and meet deadlines.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials required for projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any logistical issues.
• Maintain detailed records of material dispatch, delivery schedules, and site requirements.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards for material handling and site operations.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and site management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management software.
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
