Project Manager | Claremont | Catering Company We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PROJECT MANAGER to oversee the full operational scope of a healthcare catering unit. Working closely with the Catering Manager, youll lead kitchen and service teams to deliver high-quality meals, maintain compliance, and drive profitability. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape standards and elevate service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of meal preparation, kitchen hygiene, and food storage Lead weekly staff meetings and provide operational updates Maintain high standards of food presentation, portion control, and service Oversee ordering, inventory rotation, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Supervise cash handling, stock checks, and payroll processes Prevent food waste and optimize gross profit margins Train and motivate staff to uphold companys quality standards Requirements Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Culinary Arts or Project Management Minimum 8 years of managerial experience (preferred) Strong culinary skills and experience in resale operations Proficient in performance management, financial analysis, and HR practices Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and outcome-focused thinking Computer literacy and strong administrative skills Valid drivers license and own transport Salary: ZAR 30-40k CTC To apply for Project Manager | Claremont | Catering Company, please send your CV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
