Job Summary
Property Management Group seeks an experienced Property Co-Ordinator for our buildings in Western Cape. Applicants must have no criminal record or been blacklisted by a credit bureau. Applicant must have a valid and unendorsed driver`s license. Incumbent must have at least 5-8 years of experience in all the following areas : JOB DESCRIPTION Debt Collecting In & Out inspections of units Checking on cleaners Inspect and check on Buildings/General Inspect all units once/twice a year Check the legitimacy of tenants once/twice a year General survey with tenants yearly Show units to prospective tenants Complete application forms and forward to the Head Office Tenant meetings Property administration Enforce contractual obligations Ensure rules and regulations are followed by tenants Customer service CRITICAL PERFORMANCE AREAS Rent collections Inspect buildings Inspect individual units Check the legitimacy of tenants Lease agreements signed and up to date In and out inspections
