Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations, including market research and cost assessments.
• Perform site inspections to analyze property conditions.
• Gather and review planning data, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare valuation reports and project documentation.
• Assist in compiling research and project-related data for architectural works.
• Collaborate with clients and professional teams to determine project needs.
• Identify potential issues and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, construction standards, and planning guidelines.
• Maintain accurate progress reports and project schedules.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Architecture, Real Estate, or Property Valuation (a Master’s is an asset).
• At least two years of experience in property valuations.
• Knowledge of local planning policies and regulations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
• A valid driving license to conduct property inspections.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• A detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
