Our client is recruiting for a skilled and Qualified Diesel Mechanic to join their team in the Netherlands. As a vital member of their maintenance department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing diesel engines for a variety of vehicles and machinery. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements are invited to apply:

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Red Seal Trade Certificate as a Diesel Mechanic
• 2-5 years experience working on busses or heavy vehicles
• Candidates must be 28 years old or younger, in accordance with visa regulations for skill shortage applicants

Duties will include:

• Diagnose and repair busses, including troubleshooting control systems and fixing electro-pneumatic doors
• Work alongside a supportive team of experienced and newer mechanics, sharing knowledge and expertise
• Utilize a variety of tools, from hand tools to diagnostic equipment, to address repairs effectively
• Conclude your day by logging your completed tasks on your tablet
• Participate in training sessions with manufacturers to enhance your skills and stay current in the field

Remuneration:

3750 – 4000 basic, depending on experience, as well as 8% of the candidate`s yearly salary as holiday money that will be paid out in May
