Key Responsibilities: – Welcoming Visitors: Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. – Answering Switchboard: Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and addressing inquiries efficiently. – Setting Up Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings for staff members, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made. – Planning Board Room Times: Organize and manage the booking of board rooms, optimizing usage and availability. – Assisting Accounts with General Admin: Support the accounts department with various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth operation. Qualifications: – Proven experience in reception or administrative roles preferred. – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. – A friendly and professional demeanor.
