About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Plattekloof, South Africa. As the first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reception duties, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and respond to queries from members and staff
- Greet and access members with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
Requirements
- Basic PC literacy
- Display friendly and efficient qualities that reflect our brand values
- Flexi hours/shift availability
- Previous experience within a front desk or welcome desk position is an added advantage
- Reliable transport to work
Qualifications
- Basic PC skills (training provided if necessary)
- Matric certificate (if applicable)
