About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Nelspruit. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide premium motor vehicle services to customers
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and tact
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new developments
- Work flexible hours, including overtime as required
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Unendorsed drivers license (specified code)
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to work flexible hours/over time
- Professional appearance & 1st impressions
- Fluent, clear English communication
- Ability to handle difficult customers

- 2 – 5 Years’ Experience within the Premium Motor Brand Industry
