Key Responsibilities
- Utilize 12 months or more of experience in a recruitment role as a consultant or resourcer.
- Build a strong knowledge of the managed vendor system and develop networks within various fields.
- Source candidates on job boards and generate leads via references.
- Create job adverts and manage candidate responses.
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to candidates.
- Ensure all candidates meet the required compliance needs.
- Identify suitable applicants by screening CVs and conducting phone screenings.
- Meet established KPIs while using a CRM and managed vendor portals.
Requirements
- 12 months plus in a recruitment role, either as a consultant or as a resourcer.
- Previous experience using a CRM and managed vendor portals.
- Experience screening CVs and phone screening candidates.
- Experience and a good understanding in compliance documents.
- UK recruitment experience and a similar professional background.

Salary & Benefits
- R18 000 – R24 000 p/m.
