About the Role

Join a well-established player in the broadcasting industry, known for delivering engaging content across multiple platforms. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with production and operational teams, giving you direct exposure to how financial insights shape content creation and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full costing function across all production projects
  • Develop, monitor, and control budgets for broadcasting and media content
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with production and operational teams to drive cost efficiency
  • Enhance costing models, systems, and reporting frameworks
  • Lead and develop a team within the finance function

Requirements

  • Education: CA(SA), CIMA, or relevant Finance qualification
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in a costing or management accounting role
  • Experience in a project-based environment (broadcasting, media, or similar advantageous)
  • Proven leadership or team management experience
