Job Description

The Regional Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and customer expansion within the assigned region. The role will focus on developing and executing effective sales strategies, strengthening key customer relationships, and leading a sales team to consistently achieve performance targets. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the regional sales agenda with a clear mandate to accelerate revenue growth, market share, and profitability Lead from the front by setting ambitious targets, holding the sales team accountable, and building a high-performance commercial culture Aggressively grow the customer portfolio while maximizing yield and utilisation across core and expansion transport corridors Secure and deepen strategic, high-value customer relationships that deliver sustained commercial returns Leverage sales performance data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, defend against competitive threats, and optimise pricing strategies Partner closely with internal teams to rapidly execute commercial initiatives and remove barriers to customer conversion and retention Provide decisive, insight-driven reporting to senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks, and actionable growth opportunities Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree in Business Management, Sales, Project Management, or a related field 35 years experience in a similar regional or senior sales role Proven experience in customer-focused or B2B sales environments Experience within the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage and FMCG sectors is highly advantageous Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow revenue across complex markets Apply now!
