About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Resident Manager to join our team at a 36-bedroom hotel in Abuja, Nigeria. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in top hotel management, with a strong background in F&B, Operations, Marketing, and Financial expertise. As a live-in position, we prefer candidates who are single.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Oversee food and beverage services to maintain high standards
- Lead marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and occupancy rates
- Provide financial guidance and oversight to ensure hotel profitability
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to achieve hotel goals
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in top hotel management
- Conversant with Opera Fidelio, Micos, and Sage 300 software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and financial management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (if applicable)
