Resort Manager Ultra Luxury Island – Indonesia We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Resort Manager to oversee operations at a world-class, ultra-luxury island property in Indonesia. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, this role requires a dynamic hospitality leader with a proven track record in some of the worlds most exclusive remote destinations. Package Salary: US$6,000 net per month Benefits: Expat package including accommodation, medical cover, full flights, and other expatriate benefits Job Description Oversee the daily operations of an ultra-luxury resort accommodating up to 100 discerning guests Manage 400+ predominantly local staff, driving excellence through hands-on leadership and training Ensure the smooth running of three food & beverage outlets and exclusive private villa catering services Deliver exceptional service standards tailored to VIP and HNWI clientele Work closely with the Regional GM to maintain the propertys global reputation for sophistication, privacy, and exclusivity Uphold operational excellence in all guest-facing and back-of-house areas, with a focus on staff development, service culture, and guest satisfaction Minimum Requirements South African nationals only will be considered for this position Minimum 10 years experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a remote ultra-luxury resort or lodge Previous postings in destinations such as Maldives, Seychelles, Africa, or other remote five-star properties highly advantageous Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a large, multicultural team Stable career history reflecting commitment and success in long-term roles Exceptional guest relations, financial acumen, and operational oversight capabilities Highly sophisticated, self-driven, and adaptable to the challenges of remote island life Why Join?
