Responsibilities:

Strategic Development : Shape and execute the convenience and partnership strategies to achieve business growth and profit targets. Partnership Management : Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners to enhance business performance and deliver value. Market Insights : Stay ahead of industry trends and use data to optimize strategies for growth and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to implement seamless business solutions and drive innovation. Leadership : Lead and mentor a high-performing team to meet objectives and deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Requirements:

Experience : At least 15 years in FMCG retail sales, marketing, and operations, with strong experience in managing and optimizing supply chain models. Strategic Leadership : Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business strategy from concept to execution. Partnership Expertise : Skilled at negotiating and managing complex partnerships to align with business goals. Retail Knowledge : Deep understanding of convenience store operations, category management, and consumer trends. Business Acumen : Strong P&L management experience, with the ability to drive profitability while considering the full business cycle.
